Return & Refund Policy
We only accept returns in the following cases:
The item arrived damaged
The item is defective or not working
You received the wrong item
We do NOT accept returns for:
Change of mind
Ordered the wrong size or variant
Sale or discounted items
Items that have been used, installed, or modified
Items without original packaging
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support.unlimitedmall@gmail.com with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the item and the damage/defect
A short description of the issue
Returns requested after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
